Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
